8-10 Years

Adventure with friends, challenge yourself and learn practical skills.

Cubs take part in a wide range of activities designed to be interesting and challenging. A Cub Scout meeting consists of games and activities with plenty of time spent outdoors. Camps and holidays are some of the most memorable events of the year for Cubs.

Cub Leaders

Each Pack of 8 to 10 year olds is led by one or two adult Cub leaders. They are fully qualified and trained to supervise activities, keep everyone safe, and share their skills. Beaver Leaders are often nicknamed after characters from nature, books, or films, and sometimes by their real first name. Other adult volunteers are on hand to help and assist the leaders.
